BRUSH FIBERS
In 2001, the AGD Pasterski company developed the production of fiber, which became an essential part of the company’s operations. For almost 20 years we have been able to improve and improve our own synthetic fiber production technology.
Our modern complete technological lines are used for the production of polypropylene fibers which are obtained from recycled material. This allows us to transform PET flakes into high-quality synthetic bristles.
Our company’s PET fibers are a perfect imitation of natural horsehair. Thickness and opacity as well as a wavy effect keep it remarkably similar to natural bristles. This is particularly distinctive among PET ST (standard). This feature is achieved by household appliances Pasterski in an innovative processing process with the use of sophisticated additives.
PP fibers are made of pure polypropylene. They are characterized by high resistance to chemicals and temperature, therefore they can be used in products intended for industrial and household industries.
